Dr. DiMasi has been treating me off and on for quite a few years.  I have had problems with my neck for years.  When I first started going to Dr. DiMasi, I really did not have much faith in chiropractors, but I am now a believer.  I could not turn my neck without pain.  I could not turn my neck when backing out of my car.  After just 2 visits, my neck was greatly improved.  Now when I feel a twinge, I see Dr. DiMasi.  He is not only a great chiropractor, but a good person.  I cannot say enough good things about him or his staff; (they are) always pleasant.

I have recently made the difficult decision to leave a very good doctor that I greatly respected solely due to her office staff.  It made me realize how easy it is to overlook the staff when they are all doing their jobs well.  I wanted to let all of you know that I think you are doing your jobs superbly!

I appreciate that as soon as I sign in I am greeted by a friendly, welcoming staff, usually by name.  I love that when I am brought back to a room, no matter who does it, you have consistently been courteous and polite.  I appreciate the way you answer your phones - always warm and friendly, and never with even a hint of attitude.  Even your reminder calls are warm and friendly!  Any questions I've had regarding insurance or billing have been met with a desire to help, and thorough answers.

I have recommended this office to dozens of people, and will continue to do so, not just because of the quality chiropractic care I receive from Dr. DiMasi, but also because I truly appreciate you, the staff, as well.  Thanks to each of you for what you contribute to help make this place such a wonderful office to come to.
